During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to Playa Norte, where we spent an enjoyable day on Friday. we found a restaurant called Portales Regis in the nearby Zocalo area, offering good quality food at reasonable prices. The hotel room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.
It was unfortunate that the hotel did not provide internet access as advertised.

The hotel advertised itself as a five-star hotel, but it was more like a two or three-star. The internet did not work, and when it was time to leave, the hotel did not assist in getting a taxi despite the rainy weather.
